The perfect location from which to discover the South West Coast with its smuggler's coves and old pirate villages, Cornwall's grand houses, sub-tropical gardens and inland mining towns. The Eden Project is also within easy driving distance. There are miles of sandy beaches favoured by surfers and swimmers, and excellent golf courses both north and south of the estuary. Bird watchers, walkers and cyclists will enjoy the Camel Trail which runs alongside the Camel Estuary from the fishing port of Padstow to Wadebridge; and beyond to ancient Bodmin Moor. Shop 1.25 miles, pub with food 0.75 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin.
