Shared swimming pool and sauna This delightful former stable has been converted to a charming semi-detached cottage on the owners' smallholding close to the Teifi River Valley approched by a farm track. The cottage is very cosy with exposed stone beams and a woodburning stove, there is a large lawn area with a barbecue to the side of the property, which is a bonus for families. There is also an enclosed outdoor swimming pool and sauna. This is a marvellous location for touring beaches or country lovers and is close to the Teifi River, famous for its salmon and good canoeing water. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 1.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 double plus small child's single futon, 1 twin plus single bed. Storage heaters, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair. colour TV, video, DVD player, radio, microwave, shared lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. One pet welcome. NB: There is an unprotected drop in the garden.
