Enjoy the pretty harbour with its replica of the Golden Hind and the bustling shops and marina of Brixham, which are close at hand. There are many beaches nearby and the property is well located for those who wish to take advantage of the local fishing, boating and sailing. Dartmouth, Paignton, Torquay and Berry Head Country Park are also well worth a visit. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards. Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: 1 twin bedroom. Second floor: 1 double bedroom (5ft bed).
