For an enjoyable day out there are the golden sandy beaches at nearby Coldingham and Eyemouth and St Abbs which is renowned for its nature reserve. This property is only 0.5 miles from the A1, giving easy access to the festival city of Edinburgh, which is within easy driving distance and makes this a superb base to explore the many historic border towns across Southern Scotland. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 50 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, video, incoming telephone, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, on street parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are steep stairs at the property.
