It is situated 10 miles from South Molton, 14 miles from Tiverton and 15 miles from Exeter in a wonderful unspoilt location on its own away from the pressures of modern life. The home has five bedrooms, a large lounge and dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a snug room with a sofa bed. Outside you can relax in the lawned garden or simply wander off on foot or cycle and explore this lovely area. Nearby there is golf, fishing and horse riding or the Tarka Trail and Eggesford Country Park for the outdoor enthusiast. Within easy driving visit Tiverton with its castle and Knightshayes Court and Gardens, Great Torrington's 1646 exhibition, Dartington Crystal and famous Rosemoor Gardens or for longer days out visit Exmoor, Dartmoor or the north coast beaches. Shop and pub with food 3 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, snug, utility room, shower room with toilet and basin.
