Beyond the cottage and charming gardens are paddocks leading down to a stream, pedigree Dartmoor sheep, glorious open countryside views and a nature reserve in the distance. The village of Hook Norton has a well known brewery, several good pubs, a pottery and village shop and Hook Norton is a short drive from many Cotswold attractions, including Stratford upon Avon, Stow-on-the-Wold, historic houses and beautiful gardens. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.25 mile. Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Electric heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, radio, CD/cassette player, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car.
