There are excellent walking and cycling routes locally, and highly recommended restaurants and country pubs. Visit the renowned Three Choirs Vineyard, the Falconry Centre, and the Shambles Museum, all in Newent. Other activities to enjoy in the Forest of Dean include quad biking, clay shooting, walking, golf, horse riding and canoeing. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile, restaurant 3 miles.
