Bustling Windermere is just 3.5 miles across the lake on the ferry, Hawkshead is 2.5 miles and Grizedale Forest with all its walks and cycle tracks is 3.5 miles. Coniston Old Man and the central mountains are literally on your doorstep. Shop 20 feet, pub and restaurant 50 yards. Ground floor: Kitchen/diner, utility room, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: Lounge, second lounge/diner. Second floor: Separate toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
