The pleasant village is situated within easy walking distance of Derwent Water, with all its watersports, and is only 1.5 miles walk through the fields to the popular Lake District town of Keswick. All around there are views of the mountains, from Skiddaw to Grizedale Pike and Cat Bells, with superb walking and cycling available locally (bike hire in Keswick). Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 75 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, separate cloakroom with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin. First floor: 1 twin with en-suite shower room, toilet and basin.
