W8310 is a detached former stable situated across the courtyard which has been renovated with charm and character, whilst W8311 and W8312 are former barns which have been rebuilt into cosy ground floor holiday properties. You can walk or cycle locally or a short drive brings you along the nearby Bassenthwaite Lake where you can sail. It is 7 miles for Derwentwater and Keswick, with all its shops, cafes, pubs and varied restaurants and superb fell walking. The Georgian market town of Cockermouth is 7 miles. Shop 7 miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards. Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin.
