Delightful holiday base This delightful detached cottage, one of two on the same site, in the Vale of Evesham would be a perfect base for exploring the North Cotswolds. The property is south west facing with a kitchen/diner/lounge opening onto a secluded patio and garden. On the first floor there is a light and airy studio style bedroom with en-suite. The cottage is situated in a small village with a pub within walking distance and several footpaths in the immediate area. It is a short drive away from many attractions including Broadway, Stratford-Upon-Avon and several National Trust properties including the ancient Fleece Inn at Bretforton. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.25 mile and restaurant 4 miles. Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, video, radio, CD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, patio, outdoor furniture, off road parking. Up to 2 pets welcome. No smoking, please. NB: There are open tread stairs to the first floor.
