Excellent base for touring Shakespeare country This ground floor conversion of an 18th century barn is situated on the outskirts of a village with Shakespeare associations, and just a couple of miles from Stratford. The cottage has been stylishly designed, with wooden floors, exposed beams and brickwork, and has a light airy feel owing to the large windows. There is a small patio adjacent to the owner's garden. It would be particularly suited to a couple wanting to tour Shakespeare country and the Cotswolds- Mary Arden's House is close by. Other attractions include the RSC theatres, Warwick Castle, Charlecote Park, and riverside walks along the Avon. Shop 0.75 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles. Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and basin.
