It has a large kitchen, charming lounge with beams and an inglenook fireplace, pretty bedrooms and a patio perfect for enjoying the spectacular views and dining al fresco. This is a walkers' and cyclists' paradise with wonderful hill, mountain and river trails all around. Rhaeadr Waterfall, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, is a 4 mile hill walk through stunning countryside with renowned bird watching. Discover Lakes Bala and Vyrnwy, renowned beauty spots, Llangollen, Shrewsbury and Ludlow, all character towns. Shop, pub and restaurant 2.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, shower room with toilet. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin.
