Explore the river banks, walk the many footpaths and get to know the farm's many rare animals. There is something for everyone in the stunning area. Cotehele House, Buckland Abbey and many of Cornwalls famous gardens. Historic Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican can be reached by the scenic Tamar Railway. The Eden Project and Cornwall's coasts and fishing ports are easily accessible. Tavistock is close by with its many pubs and restaurants. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: 1 double bedroom.
