The bedroom opens out to the rose garden._Set in 16 acres of woods, streams, orchards and fields incorporating a nature trail, there are lots of wildlife including badgers, deer, horses, Jacob sheep and other animals on the farm. For the ornithologists, owls, buzzards and other species of birds can be sighted. The beautiful and romantic city of Exeter is only 4 miles away with its shopping precincts, magnificent decorated cathedral and restaurants. Dartmoor and south coast are easily accessible.
