Just 5 miles south of Brancaster on the beautiful North coast and 7 miles west of Hunstanton, with its comprehensive resort attractions to suit all ages. Docking is surrounded by unspoilt countryside perfect for walking or cycling with playing field, tennis courts and fishing lake within walking distance of the cottage. Royal Sandringham Estate, Houghton Hall, Snettisham Park Farm, Oasis Leisure Centre, RSPB reserve, windsurfing, cycle hire and two golf courses are all within 6 mile radius. Shop 800 yards, pub 400 yards, restaurant 5 miles. Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Storage heaters, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent May - September, £15 supplement October - April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, radio, microwave, enclosed patio, garden furniture, off road parking for 1 car.
