It has been completely refurbished to provide simple but stylish holiday accommodation. You can walk from the cottage across the River Dene to the church beyond, Charlcote Park (National Trust) is 1 mile away, and Warwick Castle, with its year round attractions, is approximately 5 miles distant. Explore the countryside on foot or by car, or hire a boat on the River Avon. Golf, horse racing and good restaurants nearby. Shop 400 yards, pub 200 yards, restaurant 1.5 miles. Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Night storage heaters, all fuel and power included in rent April to September, £20 supplement October to March, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, Freeview, video, CD player, radio, washer/dryer, microwave, small courtyard, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. Friday to Friday changeover day.
