There are many good restaurants, pubs and shops while the coast is renowned for its rocky coves, beaches and cliff top walks. The Lost Gardens of Heligan (4 miles), the Tall Ships harbour at Charlestown (8 miles) Eden Project (10 miles) and Lanhydrock House (NT) are excellent days out while the incomparable Roseland Peninsula is a 30 minute drive.
