Dartmoor National Park This is a superb location for those who like to get away from it all. The first floor apartment is approached down half a mile of private lane and is situated across the courtyard from the owner's house. It is surrounded by 14 acres of woods and pastures, and offers a marvellous base for walking, cycling and horse riding. The accommodation is very attractive with a large patio window giving access to a spacious balcony overlooking the woods and Dartmoor. The woods adjoin the National Trust's Lydford Gorge. The market towns of Tavistock and Okehampton are 7 and 9 miles respectively. Shop and pub with food 2 miles. Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom, sofa bed in lounge. Storage heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, radio, stereo/CD player, washing machine, microwave, gravelled garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
