Picturesque village Set in the heart of this popular picturesque village with its famous Falls of Dochart, this annexe to a Victorian house is ideally situated for touring Perthshire and the Southern Highlands. Glencoe, Callander, Aberfeldy and Perth are all easily accessible by car. Permits for fishing are available locally. Golfing, hill walking, climbing and water sports at Lochearnhead (7 miles) are popular local pursuits. Bicycles and canoes can be hired in the village and there is an activity for every family member. Backed by rolling Perthshire hills making it an ideal family destination. Shops, pubs and restaurants in the village. Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: 2 double bedrooms. Oil central heating, open fire in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent May to August, £25 supplement September to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, freezer, microwave, shared enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
