With the A1 road 100 yards away providing easy access, it makes an excellent touring base for the coast and hills of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. There are five golf courses within 10 miles. Attractions include RNLI Grace Darling Museum, Belford Craft Gallery, boat trips to the Farne Islands, Lindisfarne Heritage Centre, castles and abbeys. The area has some spectacular scenery and breathtaking picturesque coastal regions on offer. An ideal holiday destination. Shop 50 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
