It is furnished to a good standard in a pleasing cottage style. The thriving market town of Penrith with its castle ruins, shops, pubs and restaurants is within easy walking distance of 1 mile while, the Lake District and Ullswater is only 5 miles. An excellent touring base for touring the northern Lake District and the northern Pennines. Shop 0.5 mile, pub 500 yards and restaurant 1 mile. Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
