The property is a wing of the owner's imposing Grade II listed Georgian Rectory, which is surrounded by lovely countryside, yet is within easy reach of the local amenities. The cottage provides an excellent base for exploring this delightful island. Cowes, the world famous yachting centre is only 1.5 miles away and has superb facilities for bathing and all kinds of watersports. Queen Victoria's summer retreat at Osborne House is also only a short drive from the property. Shop 0.5 miles, pub and restaurant 0.75 miles. Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single. Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, video, radio, freezer, microwave, garden, garden furniture; ample off road parking.
