Just 10 yards from the water's edge, the living room window looks down on the boats bobbing in the water below. Surrounded by relics of Cornwall's mining heritage, this delightful house is just 300 yards from Portreath's fabulous surfing beach. The cathedral city of Truro with its pubs, restaurants and excellent shops, the Tolgus Gold Centre and the spectacular coastline with its rocky coves and old smugglers villages, together with the Eden Project, make superb days out. With a pub across the road there's always somewhere to relax after a hard day lazing in the sun. Shop and pub 100 yards, restaurant 200 yards. First floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner. Second floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 adult bunk.
