Deer, rabbit and pheasant are regular visitors and there are plenty of off road walking opportunities in the surrounding countryside. There is also a fishing lake on the farm which can be used for a small charge. The moated manor house of Oxborough Hall is just 4 miles away whilst the Royal Estate at Sandringham, the Norfolk coast, Ely, Norwich and the Broads are all within easy driving distance. Shop 1.5 miles, pub with food 2 miles. Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom with four poster bed. Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sept, £15 supplement Oct to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, video, laundry facilities, combi - microwave, patio, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
