Enjoy water activities at Roadford Reservoir, lovely country walks, horse riding, fishing and golf, 5 miles away the wilderness and scenery to be found on Dartmoor National Park, or for family days out visit Bude, for the sand and sea. Within easy driving visit Great Torrington, with the 1646 exhibition, Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal, Okehampton with its castle and steam railway and much more. Shop and pub with food 0.25 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, separate toilet and basin. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 kingsize, 1 twin, both with en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
