Good touring base This bungalow has been attractively modernised to provide well-appointed accommodation for 4 people. It enjoys private gardens with a raised decking patio, and also has the benefit of full central heating. Located just 500 yards from the main centre of the village and the famous postcard harbour. The village has an abundance of craft shops, pubs and restaurants along its winding narrow streets. Mevagissey is only 4 miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and 10 miles from the Eden Project. A cycle trail can be followed along the valley to both centres. Truro lies 15 miles to the west with its splendid cathedral and enough shops to keep any shopper happy. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 300 yards. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with toilet and basin, shower room with toilet, 2 double bedrooms. Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent , bed linen included in rent, colour TV, video, washer/dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue.
