It has been lovingly restored to provide a warm and relaxing interior offering all the comforts of home. Spectacular views from the garden towards Stanton Moor and the Kinder Scout Plateau. Many walks roll out from the doorstep with the Limestone Way adjacent to the property. All the enjoyments of Derbyshire are nearby, including Bakewell with its markets, Matlock with The Heights of Abraham, Castleton Caves and Carsington Water. Shop 200 yards, pub 150 yards and restaurant 4 miles. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Gas central heating, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, video, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, off road parking for 1 car.
