This semi-detached farmhouse is situated on an isolated working farm next to the Usk Reservoir deep in the Black Mountains. There are walks onto the open moor directly from the doorstep, and common land around the reservoir. Nearby are the ruins of a Roman encampment, in an area ideal for cycling, fishing, and birdwatching - red kite country at its best. Only 4 miles from the A40, the property is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area, whilst at the same time being away from it all. Red kites are fed at the Cross Inn at Llanddeusant daily at 3pm. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles. Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, single bed in lounge. Storage heaters, woodburner in lounge, (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour satellite TV, video, microwave, off road parking for 2 cars.
