This is a lovingly restored 1620 detached barn conversion situated in the village of Nether-Heage. The property is a grade II listed building, and its name comes from the Hops Hedges around the building which date right back.
The accommodation is of a very good standard and offers a shower room as well as a main bathroom. In Heage village is Britain's only working six blade windmill, and is open for working tours at the weekend, and can be viewed from the garden across fields.
All the full facilities of Derbyshire are just a short drive away. Matlock, Crich Tramway Museum, Bakewell, Chatsworth House etc.
Shop 0.75 miles, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
