Downstairs is a large open plan sitting room/dining room with French doors leading on to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with en-suite bathroom, eminently suitable for wheelchair users. There are a wealth of activities in the nearby area, including numerous gardens, National Trust houses, castles, cider producers and restaurants and spectacular countryside in which to drive, walk, ride or cycle. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with toilet and basin, 2 twin bedrooms. Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking.
