The accommodation is very well laid out with a kitchen/diner featuring York stone flooring and an Aga cooker. The lounge is very cosy and has a gas fire. There are two double bedrooms and all the rooms are fully decorated and furnished to a high standard. All the delights of Derbyshire unfold before you with many walks, National Trust properties and adventure parks close by. The river flows straight through Bakewell with its many shops, pubs and play areas. Shops, pubs and restaurants 300 yards. Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 double bedrooms. Aga heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, stereo/CD player, washer/dryer, enclosed garden, patio, garden furniture, permit provided for on street parking. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please.
