The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard with extensive use being made of natural wood. The cottage nestles in a small hollow and offers peace and privacy, being situated on the end of a cul-de-sac. It is ideally situated to tour this most attractive area of north east Scotland with easy access to many of the main tourist attractions which include the Whisky and Castle Trails. Local amenities include golf, horse riding, tennis, walking, cycling and bird watching from the cottage due to it being situated next to the woods and open fields. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent April to September, £15 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
