In a beautiful setting at the foot of Glenisla, it stands in its own 5 acres of grassed and wooded grounds and backs onto a little burn and natural pond. There is excellent walking and birdwatching in the Glens, fishing at nearby Loch Lintrathen, golf courses (notably Blairgowrie and Carnoustie) and Glamis Castle to visit. Kirriemuir (birthplace of J M Barrie) and Blairgowrie (delicious raspberries in summer) are within easy reach. Further afield there are lovely sands at Lunan Bay and the historic Balmoral Castle at Royal Deeside. Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Lounge/diner, kitchen, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, highchair, colour TV, CD player, washing machine, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
