Elevated position Nestling in an elevated position on a working sheep and beef farm, this spacious detached farmhouse commands excellent views over open countryside. The property offers cosy and welcoming holiday accommodation with both lounges having open fires. A secure outhouse is available for the storage of bicycles. Situated some 7 miles equidistant of the historic market town of Richmond complete with castle and Middleham town with castle formerly occupied by Richard III and known as 'Windsor of the North'. Middleham is also home to many racehorses, which can be seen regularly exercising on the gallops above the castle. Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, second lounge, utility room, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms; 2 double 1 plus single bed, 1 twin, sofa bed in lounge. Oil central heating, open fires in both lounges, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, 2 colour TVs, radio, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, ample off road parking.
