Perfect for exploring the Cotswolds
Completed in 2003, this semi detached cottage is part of a barn conversion, constructed of Cotswold stone situated in the pleasant village of Coaley, nestling at the foot of the Cotswold escarpment above the Vale of Berkeley and the River Severn.
With views towards Coaley Peak, this cosy, well-appointed cottage would provide an excellent base for exploring this area of the southern Cotswolds.
Coaley boasts an old church and a fine pub, all within walking distance. Famed in the past for its butter and cheese markets, historic Dursley, just 2 miles away, provides a range of shops and recreational amenities. The Cotswold Way threads through the town, while two 18 hole golf courses can be found at nearby Stincombe Hill and Cotswold Edge.
Shop and pub 0.75 mile, restaurant 1.5 miles.
Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom, sofa bed in lounge.
Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, video, stereo/CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, garage parking for 1 car, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry no pets. No smoking, please.
