Only half a mile from the pier and sandy and pebble beaches, it is perfect for family fun, diving, watersports and fishing enthusiasts. It has been modernised and decorated creating a spacious well-appointed cottage with summer house and enclosed lawned garden (accessed by steps.) Discover wonderful beaches, golf courses, coastal and hill walks, Caernarfon Castle, Roman ruins, Mount Snowdon, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Portmeirion Italianate village and Bodnant Gardens. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 3 miles. Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Electric heating, open fire in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent April to September, £15 supplement October to May, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour TV, video, radio, stereo/CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, on street parking.
