Only 2 miles away is the busy town of Bude with its shops, restaurants, leisure centre, golf course and sea water swimming pool. With the beautiful Blue Flag Atlantic surfing beaches and wonderful opportunities for spectacular cliff top walking you are never far from the many delights that North Cornwall has to offer. Shop 75 yards, pub and restaurant 100 yards. Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room. First floor: Lounge, bathroom with shower over half bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 single. Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, washing machine, microwave, on street parking. Sorry, no pets. Friday to Friday changeover day.
