Grade II listed world heritage cottage This traditional 3 storey terraced cottage has been lovingly restored by the owners to a very high standard using traditional themed colours and hand built furniture, original fireplaces have been re-introduced in each room and great care and attention placed to originality coupled with comfort. The owners, keen outdoor people themselves, have storage in the rear for canoes or bikes and a comprehensive book of local walks and places of interest is left in the cottage. The local attractions of Matlock Bath, Chatsworth, Bakewell and Carsington Water are very close by. Shop 50 yards, pub and restaurant 30 yards. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower over whirlpool bath, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twin.
