With original beams, and two small patios it is an ideal location to relax and appreciate the views, or enjoy wonderful hill and mountain walks and the owner's private trout fishing. Discover the Llangollen steam railway 0.5 miles away, Lake Bala's watersports, Victorian Llandudno, and the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 300 yards. Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen; First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, bidet and basin, 2 double bedrooms, 1 plus single bed. Sofa bed in lounge. Electric storage heaters, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent April to September, £15 supplement October to March, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour digital TV, video, stereo/CD player, washing machine, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
