Located in the historic old town part of Hastings, on the edge of Easthill with the Cliff Railway and Hastings Country Park within 200 yards, visit the battle site of William Duke of Normandy's conquest over Harold and his Saxon army or enjoy the many restaurants and antique shops only a short walk from the front door. The town of Rye is 20 miles away, another Cinque port or Canterbury is only 1 hour away, Brighton, the south's new city with its famous lanes for antiques and The Prince Regents magnificent Royal Pavillion. Shop and pub 100 yards, restaurant 500 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: 2 double bedrooms. Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in the rent, colour TV, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player, courtyard, outdoor furniture. Sorry, no pets.
