Only a car ride from the main attractions, Laugharne (3 miles) famous for Dylan Thomas's boathouse and Browns Hotel, also has a Norman castle, whilst at Pendine (5 miles) holidaymakers can visit 'Babs', the famous car that broke the land speed record on the 7 miles of golden sand. Within 20 minutes you will find Oakwood Park, Pemberton's Welsh Chocolate Farm and a motorsport circuit. Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path can be walked from Amroth. Also an 18 hole golf course (5 miles), horseriding and river fishing on the Taf are available nearby. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles.
