In a wonderful location on a 125 acre working hill farm, offering excellent walks with stunning views of the Snowdonian Mountain range. In easy reach of mountains, lakes, waterfalls and all the beauty spots of the National Park. Delightful Betws-y-Coed with quality shops, restaurants, golf courses and picture book scenery is 4.5 miles away. The famous Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle, marina and harbour, Victorian Llandudno with cable car rides, dry ski slope and beaches are all close by. Trips to Anglesey, Bala Lake with its water sports and Chester, with an excellent zoo, are all easily accessible. Can be booked with W7257 to sleep up to 12 guests. Shop 3.5 miles, pub and restaurant 2.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, separate toilet and basin, 1 four poster bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. First floor; Bathroom with toilet and basin, 2 twin bedrooms.
