Lounge/diner, kitchen, small library, conservatory, utility room, separate toilet, 2 bathrooms with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms - 1 kingsize, 1 double, 1 single, sofa bed in library. Gas central heating, woodburner in lounge/diner (initial supply of fuel provided November to March), all other fuel and power included in rent March to October, £20 supplement November to February, bed linen and towels included in rent, highchair, colour TV, video, radio, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 3 cars.
