Small bays are nearby for swimming and water sports. Wildlife is plentiful with seals, otters and herons frequently seen. Cycling, walking, sailing, golfing, fishing and of course climbing are popular Skye pursuits. Ideally situated for visiting the Clan Donald centre and the local ruined castles of Knock and Dunscaith. Also within easy reach is the ancient castle at Dunvegan and the Tallisker Distillery.
