Peacefully placed in a rural setting in the historic village of St. Briavels, next to the Norman church and St. Briavels Castle, formerly King John's hunting lodge. Local attractions include Tintern Abbey, Border castles and the historic towns of Monmouth and Chepstow. It is an ideal centre for the cycle tracks of the Forest of Dean, canoeing on the River Wye and walking on the Offa's Dyke Path. Shop 3 miles, pub 50 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 twin bedroom. First floor: Kitchen/diner, bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom.
