Step out of the cottage onto the terrace surrounding the solar heated covered swimming pool (open Easter - end Oct) which can be used most of the year, or, stroll through the garden to the all weather surfaced tennis court. A games room offering snooker, table tennis and darts 20 yards away. Ideally situated for visiting York 10 miles away with its numerous attractions, and exploring North Yorkshire including the Dales, Moors and Coast. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles. Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (2ft 6in). Night storage heaters, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, video, radio, CD player, microwave, shared lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
