The property is situated in an attractive village within easy reach of the north and south coasts. St Ives with its working fishing fleet, numerous small shops and restaurants, and the Tate Gallery is just 5 miles and Marazion where there is superb swimming and wind surfing 4 miles. Local attractions in the area include the open air Minack Theatre on the cliffs near Porthcurno, St Michael's Mount and Trengwainton Gardens near Penzance, the last two being National Trust properties. Shop and pub 300 yards, restaurant 1.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 adult bunk bedroom. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
