It is situated adjacent to the owners small B&B business (max 4 people), 2.5 miles from the Victorian resort of Barmouth, which boasts a large, clean, sandy beach - a favourite with families, as well as a wide range of shops, a fairground and amusement arcade. The property is a great base for touring the west coast of north Wales and Snowdonia. Sandy beaches, hill walks, breathtaking scenery, fishing, golf, mini railways, castles, shops and pubs are all nearby. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards. Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bed in lounge.
