Diss is a great place to visit if you are interested in historic buildings. There is a wide variety of architecture from throughout the centuries and boasts more listed buildings than any other Norfolk town. Good area for bird watching and walking. Central location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk, midway between Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Ipswich and the lovely Suffolk coast. Nearby are Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, South Lopham Fen Nature Reserve and Wingfield College. Shop 0.75 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.
